Who we are

PunditFC is a live football scores app with score predictions and private leagues for the World Cup 2026, operated by Snowah. For any privacy question, contact hello@snowah.com.

We are the data controller for the processing described here under the GDPR.

What this policy covers

This policy explains what the PunditFC mobile app does with information. It does not cover third-party services that have their own policies, which we link where relevant.

What we collect and why

We collect only what the app needs to work:

• Account data: your email and authentication identifier (email sign-in or Sign in with Apple).
• App data: your predictions, leagues, crews, points, and standings.
• Purchase data: your Tournament Pass entitlement, verified with the app stores (we never see card details).
• Crash data and performance diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics).
• Product-interaction and performance analytics on a fixed, limited event schema (Google Analytics for Firebase).
• An advertising identifier used by Google AdMob to show ads; you can limit this in your device settings.

Legal bases (GDPR Article 6)

• Performance of our agreement with you (providing the app and its core features).
• Your consent, for optional diagnostics and, where applicable, personalised advertising; you can withdraw consent at any time in the app or device settings.
• Our legitimate interests in keeping the app secure, stable, and free of abuse, balanced against your rights.
• Compliance with legal obligations, such as tax records for purchases.

Service providers and recipients

We share data only with processors that help us run the app:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, App Check, Crashlytics, Analytics) as our backend and infrastructure processor.
• Apple, for Sign in with Apple and App Store purchase verification.
• Google Play, for Android purchase verification.
• Google AdMob, for advertising.
• Football-Data.org supplies fixtures and results; it receives no personal data from you.

Advertising

We show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use an advertising identifier to limit repetition and measure ads. You can reset or limit this identifier in your device privacy settings, and where required we ask for consent first.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country. Where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep data

Account and app data are kept while your account is active and deleted within a reasonable period after you delete it, except where law requires us to keep records (for example, purchase receipts).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your data, and to object to certain processing. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

You can delete your account and associated app data from inside the app (Profile, then settings), which triggers a server-side erasure. You may also email us to request deletion.

Children

These apps are not directed to children under the age required by your local law for digital consent, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect information. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to keep risk low.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date. Last updated 19 May 2026.
