Terms of Service
Agreement
These terms govern your use of PunditFC, operated by Snowah. By installing or using the app you accept them. Last updated 19 May 2026.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract and to consent to data processing where you live, and you must use the app lawfully.
The service
PunditFC is a live football scores app with score predictions and private leagues for the World Cup 2026. We work to keep it available and accurate but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may change or discontinue features.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
- Do not break the law, infringe others' rights, or harass anyone.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service or other users.
- Do not manipulate predictions, leagues, or standings, or use bots.
Purchases
PunditFC offers Tournament Pass (a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase). Purchases are processed and billed by Apple or Google under their terms; refunds are handled by the relevant app store according to its policy and your statutory rights. Entitlements are tied to your store account.
Content and intellectual property
The app, its design, and its trademarks belong to Snowah or its licensors. Sports data, where shown, belongs to its providers. You keep rights to content you create and grant us only the licence needed to operate the service.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to comply with law.
Governing law
These terms apply without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
